Dr. Patiño Gonzalez’s hourly fee for a consultation is usually $200.
Dr. Guellati-Salcedo’s consultation or therapy fee per 50-minute appointment is $160. You will find below some information on our evaluation fees and terms of payment. Please note that no consultation fee is collected for any of our evaluations, as it is part of the services provided in the evaluation package.
Dr. Tricia Cassel’s fee for a consultation or therapy is $150.
Fee schedule
Psychoeducational evaluations
Dr. Ketty Patiño González $3200
These evaluations are conducted by Dr. Patiño González, a licensed clinical psychologist. She does all the testing herself, with the exception of an occasional session with Dr. Cassel, who she closely supervises. The fee is $2700 for returning clients.
Dr. Sophie Guellati-Salcedo $2600+
These evaluations are conducted by Dr. Guellati-Salcedo, a licensed clinical psychologist, and include bilingual evaluations and evaluations fulfilling the advanced requirements of graduate-level requests for accommodations (e.g., GRE, GMAT, MCAT, LSAT). Please, note that such labor-intensive evaluations may be subject to additional fees. She does all the testing herself, but may consult with Dr. Patiño González during the evaluation.
Dr. Tricia Cassel $2700
These evaluations are conducted by Dr. Cassel, a licensed clinical psychologist. She does all the testing herself, with the exception of an occasional session or consultation with Dr. Patiño González.
Gifted evaluations $450
These evaluations are conducted by either Dr. Guellati-Salcedo or Dr. Cassel. These are short evaluations that include a brief background history and an IQ test.
Developmental evaluations $2400
These are conducted by Dr. Cassel, with the help of Dr. Patiño González. Autism evaluations are included here.
Personality evaluations
These will be conducted by one of the three clinicians, many times by two of them working together. The fees will be determined based on the number of measures that are needed, but usually run at around $2400.
Terms of Payment
We collect half of the due amount on the day of the intake session and the balance at the end of the testing process, during the feedback session.
We accept payment by check, cash, and VISA or MASTERCARD credit cards.
We are not network providers for any medical insurance plan at this time. However, we will always provide a detailed invoice and/or will complete a commonly accepted insurance claim form upon request. Please note that many insurances now offer partial coverage of neuropsychological testing, an average of up to 70 percent of the actual expense. |
