| A comprehensive psychoeducational evaluation always requires collecting information on the child’s cognitive, academic, behavioral, social, and emotional functioning from various sources, for example, in both school and at home. That is why we generally require provision of background information and additional reporting from more than one informant. We typically request both parents and at least one teacher to complete questionnaires and inventories rating the child’s behavioral, social, and emotional functioning in their respective context. We also ask the child or adolescent to fill self-report questionnaires to supplement these reports and our observations. |
